Hi!
I am Abhishek Singh Bailoo, I have been doing the Insanity workout for around an year, I have not been the most regular however, taking weekly breaks every now and then
Although I am very fit, I can easily do the Month 2 circuits but I do not yet look anywhere close to what Shaun T does
I know one has to do strength training for that and eat right, 2 things which I want to do now. And log everything ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I am a vegetarian from New Delhi, India. I have done some Yoga and a lot of meditation in the last 11 years. I occasionally run 12 km in an hour (though it hurts my knees a lot!)
I am looking to friend other vegetarian people who will allow me to peep into their food diary and get ideas from, very soon I want to start strength training and I know protein for a vegetarian is not the easiest thing to get. That said, I am not averse to people who eat meat (I ate a lot a long time back!)
I have recently started the Insanity Month1 for the 7th time, not all earlier times were finished to completion
I am great at providing support and motivation plus you can discuss with me about Insanity !
I log in almost everyday!
Cheers!
Abhishek

I've done Insanity & Asylum. I'm actually about to move on to Piyo, but I'm vegan and you're welcome to friend me. I have an open diary.0
