DAILY CHALLENGE #10 (7/19)

Hello Everyone! It's Saturday! :bigsmile:

Time for today's challenge.

Today I want everyone to do vertical leg lifts. If you don't know what that is just look it up, it's a really simple exercise. I want you to do 60 of these of 3 sets of 20. Other than that, I hope you all have a great day!
