Hello! I recently joined MFP. I've dine Hatha yoga over the years, mostly with DVDs. i haven't done much yoga over the last year, but have always felt more at peace when yoga was part of my life. I recently started working out at a local gym and the trainer thought that it would be a good idea ti re-incorporate yoga--especially asanas that strengthen the core--back into my routine.

Welcome! I'm just returning after a loooooong hiatus! Looking for inspiration/motivation since I've fallen off the wagon.
How often do you practice? I'm getting back on track and working on 3 days a week in a group setting and 3 days a week at home, leaving me one rest day.
I'm so happy to return to yoga - I feel so wonderful when I'm practicing, and I can't believe I let it go for so long now.
