Q: What did you pack for lunch last week?
MORNING SNACK:
I try to have at least one, or some fruit; banana, apple, peach, orange etc. as my/part of my morning snack.
LUNCH:
A: Spinach!
I tried to use spinach as the main ingredient with each lunch meal; from full, to side spinach salads
I have also started to make an effort to having vegetables be my biggest portion in my meals, rather than having a lot of meat or bread/rice/pasta.
I love to bake for family and friends, and love trying new recipies that incorporate vegetables like zucchini, carrot etc.
I am also going to make an effort to use more healthful, raw ingredients and alternatives to limit the amount of processed sugar or all purpose white flour that some recipes call for.0
