I can't overstress the importance of using correct form when you workout. If you just trying to hurry through the workout not only are you not working any of your muscles but your also causing alot of extra strain on certain body parts which could cause you to feel pain or discomfort. Use proper form stretch before and after your workout so that you dont have to experience that horrible sore feeling
