Here is an article written by someone who got too hung up on the name "paleo" and barely did any actual research.

    wow, what a load of BS. I had to stop after the statement that the Paleo lifestyle "eschews carbohydrates". Really? Remind me again what vegetables are composed of? Cuz any idiot can write an article on something they know nothing about. Not being aware that vegetables and fruit are carbohydrates is just inexcusable imo. I wouldn't sign my name to such stupidity... but the statement "journalistic integrity" now falls into the category of an oxymoron.
