10 Fit Commandments!

I made this list of commandments I thought every one should try to follow. Print them out and hang them up. Read them every day. They are great things to live by and help YOU with YOUR journey!

10 Fit Commandments!
1. I will TRY my BEST every day to eat Clean.
2. I will TRY my BEST to work out 5 days a week.
3. I will get up in the morning look in the mirror and say I CAN DO THIS!
4. I will NOT use a SCALE to measure my progress!
5. I will TRY my BEST to lead by example for my friends and family.
6. I will TRY my BEST to log my eating habits.
7. I will TRY my BEST to log my liquids.
8. I will TRY my BEST to log/post my work outs.
9. I will NEVER give up on ME!
10. I WILL ask questions and seek advice from my peers to help me on my journey and to know I am NOT alone in this!
