i'm a newbie any info or tips

I have 3 girls and i always have problems with my weight , i have never been more that 189 lbs or 86 kg but i fill is to much for me ,i love chocolate and i eat lot of biscuits,chocolate,ice cream ,cake etcccc.....so i really need a change and i think i'm ready for it, i start yesterday and i think i'm doing ok so far.
anyone want to friend me to do the road more easy just do it .
