This or That? Restaurant Salads

Hi All!
Going out to dinner tonight with a group, and I want to chose the lowest calorie, healthiest salad between the 2.... Which do you think would be the lowest calorie?
1.) Kimberly’s Grilled Chicken Salad: portabella mushroom, greens, asparagus, artichoke, tomatoes, walnuts, goat cheese, vinaigrette
or
2.) Ahi Tuna Salad: served rare, greens, cucumber, tomato, avocado, mango, cashews, carrots, red onions, sesame ginger vinaigrette
Both have high cal items in them (walnuts & goat cheese in the first-- but YUM, goat cheese, yes, I'm aware it isn't Paleo............. avocado & cashews in the second).
I originally was leaning towards the chicken salad, but now I'm thinking the tuna one might be better.
Anyone have an opinion?

I would go with the tuna salad personally though both sound really good and healthy. The tuna sounds better to me because I love avocados and mangoes.
If you are worried about calories just get the dressing on the side. When I was a cook in a restaurant I would always put way too much dressing on a salad.0
