Tracking

How is everyone tracking the program? I haven't been doing it in MFP because I like the simplicity of not having to do it.
However, not loving the print outs from the site that are like the book. Thought of creating my own.

Anyone using anything different that they like ?

    I am still tracking on MFP, I can't get a hang of how they want you to do it on those tally sheets. Basically I am using the portion containers but keeping within calorie goal set by MFP. I am not doing it right, but I felt weird counting containers!

    I am using the tally sheets to track my containers AND I am tracking my calories on MFP. I did that to make sure I was getting enough calories. The first 2 days I was under 1000 calories. By tracking on MFP I was able to figure out how to adjust what I ate to increase my calories to 1200.
    PLUS I am a micro manager of my food and exercise so I need to record and analyze data :bigsmile:
  • I paper track with a color-coded pie tracker that I found on Pinterest.

    I also changed my MPF meals to the containers.
