New to this group - Body Recomp Help

Hi everyone,
Firstly, I am so glad I found this group! I am not looking to lose weight any longer, but to do body recomp. As a background, I'm 5'7 and roughly 135 lbs. I have a medium frame and a "rectangular" frame or an apple shape I would say. Really lean legs, stronger upper body. I've always struggled with my shape because I wanted to be more feminine or curvy, but I finally realized that dieting and running would never get me the frame I was looking to achieve. I do have a great pair of legs though
I've lost roughly 10 - 15 lbs in the last few months, eating between 1400 -1700 calories and exercising but NOT eating exercise calories back. I didn't know what was a thing, oops. I was so tired all the time and didn't even realize I wasn't eating at maintenance levels as I was following a plan that recommend no calorie counting but very small portions and when I finally logged my calories as a test to see what I was consuming, I was SHOCKED at how little I was eating even though I didn't want to lose anymore weight. Based on the defecit I was creating, I SHOULD have kept losing but my body said NOPE and honestly I am ok with that.
Over the last 3 weeks I've been eating significantly more and netting around 2,100 - 2,400 calories per day. My TDEE should be just over 2,100 but my body was so exhausted and tired from working out 5-6 days per week that I just crashed HARD when I finally took a break. Eating more was challenging at first but now I am always hungry and my body is responding very well to more calories!
Not sure if I've gained since starting this as I haven't stepped on the scale but all my clothes is still fitting - if just a LITTLE tighter in the waistband I've also stopped cardio entirely since I was literally running myself into the ground and I'm focusing on doing 2x a week arms and 2x a week legs, with 2 short HIIT sessions at the end of each workout. I want to do a body recomp and build more muscle, but I don't belong to a gym unfortunately.
I've been using the 8lb dumbbells I do have to do various exercises and I do have a 20 lb set I use for when I do leg exercises (ie. walking lunges, etc) but I am curious as to what kind of body recomp I can aspire to do without a gym? Is there any sites you recommend for putting together a training plan/schedule?

Convict conditioning
You could consider additional home equipment (heavier DBS and a bench) and put together a decent program.0
