Wanted to make a post to see what every one was doing this weekend? How do you stay on track with your eating and working out with all the possible distractions out there?

    I try to track everything on my phone. For foods, sometimes I am 'guessing' especially when I am eating other's homemade foods - still, I try to track and try to track ahead of eating so I can see what I'm going to be putting in my mouth. For exercise, I'm trying to move. I don't have a workout program at this time so I need to just remember to move if I want to be healthy.

    I track on my phone as well. I don't have a workout program per se, I go to the gym, but often get intimidated (mostly cause I'm lacking confidence) and will just ride the bike. I am a cyclist and do ride my road bike on the weekends (about 30 miles total) but I need to strength train but lack direction. When I'm out and about I try to choose the healthier meals on the menu. Didn't work yesterday though because I went to Bubba Gumps and had fried shrimp. Lol However, I did walk around for about 2 hours.
