Would like to start a "poor mans" weight loss tip list

I would love to be the first to add to this list but I don't have any tips. If anyone else has some please add. If your like me and on a tight budge and cannot afford gym w/ a personal trainer 1hr 5xs per week, a weight loss doctor, a masseuse and a nutritionist this might be helpful for a lot of us.

Bump. I would like to see some of these tips!

You mean tips that don't cost (much) money, right? I read one about using mouthwash after eating a meal to feel "done" and not be as likely to eat more.

Is that the kind of tip you meant?

I am interested also. Maybe post your question in a more general forum (not the hypo one). I would be interested in economical meals also (along with exercise options that are economical).

Aerobic commercials. When you are watching the TV, jump up during every commercial set and "do something". In my case, I have a split level home, so going downstairs to sort, fold, and do laundry means I am doing a flight of stairs every commercial.
