Question about internal cleansing tablets

I was thinking about purchasing internal cleansing tablets. They are a 30 day cleansing system. Does anyone know anything about these cleanses or recommend this for paleo people? Do these cleanses really work?

    Personally never tried any products, they don't sound natural, why are you thinking about this?

    Save your money by not purchasing gimmicks. Buy the best whole foods instead.

    Hmm. I'd have to second (or third) the comments above that suggest that's not a good idea. If you want to try intermittent fasting, that's something to consider, but I'd do it with lots of bone broth. "Cleansing" supplements in a pill form don't sound very natural or paleo in approach.
