WEEKLY DIET CHALLENGE (7/28-8/03)

Welcome to week three everyone!

This weeks diet challenges:

1. Fruit's Friend: Eat 2 servings of fruit daily
2. Water Tower: Drink 12 oz of water daily (repeat)
3. Hold The Sugar: Do not add artificial sugar to your drinks (tea, coffee) or foods ( as in on top of strawberries) :wink:
