WEEKLY FITNESS CHALLENGE (7/28-8/03)

As I stated on the last daily challenge, I am becoming busier so I am running out of time to post a new challenge everyday. I will however do weekly fitness and diet challenges instead for now. :smile:

So I guess welcome to the first fitness week! Hope to see some participation this week!

This weeks challenges:

1. WALK WITH ME: walk 25 miles (3.6 miles a day) this week :happy:
2. PUSH ME : complete 105 pushups (15 a day) this week
3. SQUAT'N: complete 140 squats (20 a day) this week

That's this weeks line up! Hope to see some participants in action! I know I will be. :wink:
