Totally fell off the wagon.
Back to running today. 40 minutes makes a total of 555. Need 225 more to reach monthly target. That means 25 minutes a day for the next 9 days! I better stay on track now.
I've reached C25k week 8, the final week! 3 more days and I will be done with the program. Signed up for my first 5k run on Sept 20th.0 -
A 40 minute walk today makes 595 minutes in all.0

@fitmiks As long as you get back right up and into the routine; a detour is just fine. and wow! at signing up for the 5k run! good going!
i will be on week 2 tomorrow! and am already dreading 90 sec runs! but i shall survive!...i think i shall have just that song on my playlist tomorrow!

I did it! I completed the c25k program. For the first time ever I ran 3 miles without stopping.
45 minutes of running today. Need 60 minutes more to reach my goal for the month with just 1 more day to go. Will go for a walk today and run again tomorrow. That should be enough to get to 780 minutes.
