Traveling on Paleo-SFO

So I am going to be traveling to several cities across the US for work this year, and would love to stop by local restaurants in each city and try the local Paleo fare! I have seen some great stuff on Instagram for some of these cities, but would love some suggestions from locals on the must try places, whether it be a food truck, restaurant, or even a market!
