Fitness Challege - The Home Stretch

Okay all,
This is our last week of the month, and I plan on keeping last week's challenge in place for this week. Please head to Fitness Challenge Week Three if you need information on the challenge.
I wanted to give everyone the opportunity to attempt the challenge once more (Ihave gotten several inbox mssgs regarding team members feeling a little guilty about not finishing or not doing the totals for last week and to request a second chance at redemption). So here it is all. Repeat of Fitness Challenge Week Three. I encourage you to continue attempting, and make the main goal endurance build. When we get into August we'll be seeing some new types of challenges, but this July series and the foundation of "sets" in a staple piece that we should all work hard at mastering as most exercise regimes are composed of these types of reps/set/aerobic components.
