Hello everyone! Keep a glass next to your bed and drink at least 16oz of water when you first wake up!
Benefits:
Rehydration. You are already dehydrated when you wake up.
Purges toxins, cleans out bowels... improves regularity ;)
Flush lymph system... improving immunity system.
Revs up metabolism... body funds more efficiently when hydrated.
Weight control..by increasing hydration, body not only gets what in needs in fluids, you also feel more full and tends to eat less :)

    I shall soon know the condition of the bathrooms is all the businesses surrounding my home. :wink:

    I had to bump up my water to (real) fruit infused water. Adding a touch of cucumber and strawberry somehow makes it much more appealing. :drinker:

    Great job evryone!

    80 oz down! I have had plain water and now cucumber and mint infused for the rest of my day. That is my favorite plus lemon... but ran out of lemons. I work part time in surgery.... so the next few days should be interesting..I can't leave the roo. In the middle of cases!! Lol

    I have been drink a glass of water as soon as I rise for a week now! And I have to tell you I feel better mid day!
    Made my gallon again!!! WOOT WOOT! peeing isn't a bad thing. Just imagine all the toxins you are flushing!
