Back to MFP after a long hietus

I fell off the bandwagon and gained back lots of progress from the beginning of the year. I'm starting fresh now at 127 and trying to get back to 121. It's not a huge weight goal, but it's been the toughest one yet. I just want my clothing to fit again :(

I would love to re-enter the world of counting calories with some new MFP friends. Please feel free to add me as a friend!

    I quite agree with the above statement. Just gotta power through the last few pounds like it's a brick wall. I tried googling how to lose the last few pounds and the only thing I remember is to watch out for calorie dense foods. Bananas and grapes in particular, although healthy and good for you, have a lot of calories for such a small food.
