Interesting recipe. Lots of tapioca flour. Nice and easy
They also have links to curries. I have not been able to get myself to love curries so I'll check them out and maybe try some! (Of course access to ingredients remains my biggest hurdle.)

I found I got more from the recipe than called for though.
I fried it in a good amount of butter/ghee and it was grease but in a good way.
I will say,it made me very tired as I wouldn't normally have so many carbs at once but it didn't make me bloated/feel sick as a lot of breads do0 -
I did not find this bread was like naan bread..to me it reminded me more of a paratha0
