recipe and it's AMAZING!!!

Just made this and I am super impressed with how it turned out and how easy it was.
It's also only 3 ingredients

Interesting recipe. Lots of tapioca flour. Nice and easy

They also have links to curries. I have not been able to get myself to love curries so I'll check them out and maybe try some! (Of course access to ingredients remains my biggest hurdle.)

PS. Omg, use it to make samosas.... drooling.

I made it exactly the same as the recipe.I only used 180ml of coconut milk and I added in more salt than called for as well as dried chillies and cumin.
I found I got more from the recipe than called for though.
I fried it in a good amount of butter/ghee and it was grease but in a good way.
I will say,it made me very tired as I wouldn't normally have so many carbs at once but it didn't make me bloated/feel sick as a lot of breads do
