First Day of Shred & Group

Hi everyone, today is my first day of the diet and my goal is to make progress towards 20lbs weight loss. I'm trying to get healthy in my 40's: quitting smoking and finally becoming more than an incremental exerciser. Because I'm short and need 20lbs total loss, I expect to lose less than the promised 20, but who knows! Currently, I'm making oatmeal with blueberries as I type and then heading for the gym. I need support to keep the "good start" in about a week, when yummies call out to me and on too hot (or cold) days. Good luck to everyone

I started Shred on 7/21. I am on Week 5, Day 1. How is this going for you? I have lost about 11 pounds and about 1 1/4 inches. I am going to stick with it after week 6, just not sure if I will cycle through all 6 weeks again or pick out some particular weeks.0
