Ok, I lost 1 lb so far... was hoping to be at 168 by today, but I will take 169 because it is forward progress!! I just need to bust my butt to get to 20lbs by Christmas! This is going to be an uphill battle, but my fiancé is being super supportive and is invested in me reaching my goal, so that has been really great!0
