    09/05: 259. (7 off so far)

    26/09 - 257.4 8.6 off so far.
    03/10 – 258.5 bad week, I gained back. I feel very disheartened.
    10/10 - 247.28 – 18.72 off. Cheat week! I have been down for a whole week with Dengue Fever! I expect some of this will go back on, but I hope to start exercising again within the next couple of days.
    17/10 248.38 I put a bit back on after being ill but that’s OK.
    24/10 251.68 It’s back on! I must get back on track or I am going to fail AGAIN
    31/10 250.14 16 Lbs off

    I felt like that last week but upped my exercise this week and cut out some more rubbish. I am now starting to get some good habits in and bad ones out. Stay with it.

    I don't know where to find my initial weigh-in, so I'm writing a new post.

    I used my August weigh-in as start. Was trying to lose 19 pounds before Xmas.

    The Health and Fitness Intern at work is leaving us. I decided to try and make goal weight before she left.

    CRAP. That will not work. I applied myself diligently all week long. Today is her last day.

    That is not a bad weight loss for a work week. Down 3.6 pounds.

    I have made the goal weight for my lose 20 pounds by Xmas. Time to enter the bonus round.
