    Not a bad month for me, but I wish I could have dipped down a little lower. Excited for September, to get into the 'teens of the 200s, which feels so close to Onederland!

    I have maintained my weight all month long which I am proud of considering we had a house guest, lots of restaurant visits and celebrating my 30th birthday! :) This morning I hopped on the scale and I am down .6 pounds so I consider that a success and look forward to seeing what this next month will bring! Current weight: 136.4 lbs. :) Now I just need to get my butt in gear and get motivated to be more active!

    8/03 Sun: (loss 0.5) now at 191.5
    8/10 Sun: (loss 0.9) now at 190.6
    8/17 Sun: (loss 1.0) now at 189.6
    8/24 Sun: (loss 0.7) now at 188.9
    End of Month (8/31 Sun): (loss 0.3) now at 188.6
    So my loss is 3.4 lbs. for the month. In the months ahead, things will come together for me better than they have recently.

    At work, I should be able to start in at the fitness center this week. I know it will help me get back into my walking routine. Plus I can begin some strength training there as well with the other equipment that's available.

    I love seeing the hard work from everyone!

    Had a hard month my weight kept jumping up 4 pounds and then slowly coming down again.

    Only lost about 3 pounds this month. I'm not exactly sure how to feel about it but I'm just hoping that I can stay focused and kick things back into gear and get back on track to losing my normal 5 pounds a month.
