Hey, All!
I just ordered DDPYoga yesterday after thinking it over for about a week. I am excited to get started, but haven't received my DVDs yet.
I am planning to take my 6 pics on Day 1, the day I start the program. I am very nervous. I hate having my picture taken because I look so fat and ugly. I know the worse the "before" pics look the better I will feel down the line, but it is hard to think about putting myself out there. 30+ years of my life has been spent avoiding "out there."
