Day 1 of the August Clean Eating Challenge is nearly complete. You should have written down your definition of "clean eating", scheduled your 3 days for a cheat meal and did your first day weigh in. If you don't mind, please share your definition of "clean eating" for the month. My "clean eating" definition is:
1. No fast food
2. No high fructose corn syrup or obvious sugars
3. Increase my raw food intake.
Don't forget your food diary entries. Also begin visualizing your goal weight this month (current weight - 4 pounds). Take that number, write it nice and big and tape it where you'll see it every day for the next 30 days. We're going to get there together!
