I'm sure there's a way to resize these so the end doesn't get cut off, but hopefully you can get the gist of it anyway.

I have gym homework today - mix of cardio & light strength (hips, inner thigh, low back). My trainer wants me to be in the gym for at least an hour and a half, and specifically wants me to do some intervals on the spin bike. Rest of the cardio is up to me.

Decided to get my housework done first so I'm being productive this morning. Woke up quite early (5:45) and decided I might as well jump in and start getting stuff done right away.

Hope everybody has a great Sunday!

Edit to add that my goal for this weekend was to eat well & stay within my calories, and so far I'm doing great. Sundays are usually tough for me but Friday and Saturday were both pretty easy so I'm hoping that momentum will carry into today.

Hi. Here on island without internet (only enough cellular to log food), but at WiFi cafe tonight. So far, i picked up the cold that lil girl caught in our way home. So I've done nothing, not even gone to the beach. Hoping the coldll pass soon, although TOM is hot on its heels. Grrr. This Summer has been very destructive to my goals, despite good intentions. i will really need to buckle down when its finally over. Hope all are well.

Relating to buckling down....I accidentally washed a red shirt with my light clothes and ruined my fav work pants (all my sleep shirts look Tie-Dye now), so had to go shopping today. (red shirt on bottom of pile on washer, didn't see it)

Now i know some women love to shop...let's just say I didn't even like to shop when thin...i am not a shopper so now!!!! ugh!!!

OMG I am bucking down big time!

And trying on 20 pairs of pants all the same size I wear but only a few fit they are either too small or big? who does sizing anyway?

I ended up with a pair from Macys and a pair from Wallmart!

Everything left was zero or 2 or 16 & 18... of course most of us are in the middle...

moving on to exercise, started with walk by river...and swim soon.

Today was such a lazy day, I should have done some workout earlier. But as always, I will end up getting it in before bed. I found out how little calories are in spinach and tomatoes today haha I was trying not to leave too many calories for dinner tonight so I though I would be healthy and make myself a salad, barely lowered my calorie allowance at all haha might keep that in mind for the future.

Just got back from the gym. I had a few specific things Jason wanted me to do plus my usual cardio-cross-train, with the stipulation that he wanted my workout to last at least 90 minutes. Ended up being 100 minutes (including transitions from machine to machine). Rowed for 15 minutes, 10 minutes on Jacob's Ladder (5 intervals of 1 minute fast / 1 minute slow), hip/inner thigh/low back homework, 45 minutes on the spin bike (10 minute warm-up, 15 intervals of 1 minute fast / 1 minute slow, then a 5 minute cool-down), 5 more minutes on Jacob's Ladder at a steady, moderate pace, and finally a few minutes stretching.
