Good Morning!
Well today is the last day that my relatives are here, it has been a fun week with lots going on (it is also our annual summer festival) but I'll admit my body needs routine. Lol I have not eaten the greatest, however I have kept up on the exercise. Was able to squeeze in a few runs here and there. Today it is dreary and raining, but I am hoping to fit in a run somewhere. I think it will let up this afternoon.0 -
Ended up working really late Friday so wasn't able to go to market after work, went home & inhaled pizza. Hubs also ordered cake and I had 3 bites.
Sat went to market in the am & bought loads of produce & had meal plan for the week. Had sweet that pushed me over calorie goal. Yesterday the same. Went over calls both days but did not have off the rails eff it feeling like I sometimes do. I'll take even glacial progress I guess.
Also yesterday I made soup for the week---a really good mushroom---as well as 2 quiches & veggie enchiladas for the freezer.
Went for a walk this am, it rained last night so we got a break from the heat. Planned meals & snacks, hubs is taking me out for nice bday dinner tonight as I am 40 today. It's a surprise but I have a feeling it's fondue, which we both love.0 -
Happy birthday (again) April! My 40s have been very good to me, so far.
I got in a 3 mile run this morning. My friend who started C25K last week met me at the track again. On Thursday we did C25K together so she could get the hang of it, but this morning we each did our own thing just at the same time. I have a trainer session after work tonight.0 -

I have taken too long of a break from entering on here. I'm glad you are all on here still. Today I did a kettle bell swing exercise, plus I went for a walk. Thanks for keeping on!0

I have work today and will swim after.
I joined another challenge here to give me a boost with the food part of it, Hohoho to lose weight by xmas.
Something snapped in me after shopping yesterday, I ate good all day as a result...now if I can only do that all month! :laugh:0 -

Happy Monday to everyone else!
After a disappointing week last week, I decided I will give my normal routine one more shot and see if the scale moves in the right direction this time. Next week, if I am still not happy, it will time to reevaluate my lifestyle. Then, when school starts again, I know I will have to change things up again because school time is much more hectic than summer break and health is not a priority, for me or the people I am around. Hopefully my example will show others about being healthy and working the body.0 -

Jess sometimes the scale doesn't cooperate even when you do everything right, so another week sounds like a great plan.
We did arms & abs at my trainer workout tonight. It was a fun workout. My abs were tired, so Pilates tomorrow night ought to be interesting!0
