    Very interesting. I usually stay between the 60-90 minute mark. On really beautiful days, maybe even more. I really enjoy the ability to move and I think I have a pretty slow metabolism anyway.

    ukaryote--interesting article and food for thought.

    I'm more like Charlie and do 45-60 minutes 4-5 days a week. It's hard for me to walk outside in because of allergies and asthma, but I do my stretching, hula hoop, dancing, and various DVDs in the basement. It is a walk-out, so I can open the curtains and see beautiful scenery while I'm exercising. In a few weeks I'll have my motorized treadmill functioning again, too (or should I say DH will have it running again).
