Happy Sunday. I hope you are all feeling wonderful. Today's challenge: rest day! LOL Sundays are usually days off for most of us and I usually have Sundays off from workouts. Give your body a rest and if you are really up to it, do yesterday's again.

I'm glad it's rest day. I was planning to take it easy on my workout today so it all turned out good.0
