Hello! Talk about perfect timing! I have joined a ' fat club' at work but they only provide the weigh ins which are conveniantly on a thursday!, what exercise are people planning on doing along side? I have previously done 30 day shred and considering doing it again? I suppose if i do it 4 times i will be super fit!
so for the dredded spread sheet....my first weigh in last thursday was 238 pounds, i am 5'10 so my bmi is 35, I want to get back down to 200 pounds, lets hope this weeks weigh in is better, but hey the only way is down!!( the scales that is!!)0 -

Hello everyone this is my third time trying to lose weight thru MFP, I have gained a ridiculous amount of weight, tore cartilage in my knee and would say that My eyes have been opened up and I am in need of support and help. This challenge will be perfect for me as I want to set up mini goals so I don't get discouraged about how long of a road I actually have. Well I hope the third time really is a charm! I'm so happy to have found this challenge. Perfect timing as I recommitted on August 1st - I've been slacking far too long and starting to feel tired all the time and lacking motivation to go to the gym (which is not me!!). I've also gained 20 lbs in the last 2 years as well (shame on me!!) So now time to get back to where I was before!!!
