WEEKLY FITNESS CHALLENGE (8/04-8/10)

Hello Everyone!

Doesn't seem like many are doing the fitness challenges so I am going to align them with some personal goals this week.

BODYWEIGHT
1. Do 3 sessions of 0-200 Pushups (or 10 pushups )
2. Do 3 sessions of 0-200 Sit ups (or 20 )
3. Do 3 sessions of 0-200 Squats (or 20)

CARDIO
1. Do intervals 3 times a week
2. Walk 3.25 miles every day (or more)
3. dedicate 30 min to exercise daily minus rest day

  • Ill do the 200 hundred situps. I want my core strength back! And 30 minutes of cardio
