Gaining weight doing cardio

Last week, I started a light cardio routine that consisted of 30 minutes of walking and some circuit training. Since beginning the routine, I have gained back over three pounds. Any thoughts or suggestions? I am eating about 1,300 calories a day and drinking plenty of water, and have been incorporating lots of fruits and vegetables into my diet.

    Are your clothes fitting better? Once I got really sick and was bedridden. I lost 7 pounds, but my measurements all stayed the same. I lost muscle mass.
