I started at 330 lbs. I weighed myself this morning and I am down to 316. It feels good to see the scale going down for once. My first goal is to get down to 275. Ideally 215 someday. The first week was not too hard, I have felt good. The hardest part has been breaking my habit of eating out and snacking. I still find myself driving by restaurants and craving but the quick weight loss is inspiring me not to stop.
