21 day fix question..

How do you log what you did on the fix into MFP? I tried searching for Total body cardio but it didn't bring anything up. Do I have to log each activity separately?

What I do is just add an exercise, (Total Body Cardio), then put in the time (30 minutes), and calories burned. Then next week when I do Total Body Cardio, I just click on it in my saved exercises and count it towards my exercise for the day. Do you have a HRM?
