How are you all doing with the challenge? So far its been fun. Plank has always been a challenge for me but I'm slowly getting better. For Day 5:
30 sit ups
12 crunches
12 leg raises
20s plank

I think I am doing okay with the challenge, however sit-ups are the hardest for me. but still trying0

The sit ups are definitely my downfall. I am getting them done, however! Trying to drink water as well!
So far the plank seems okay for me.

I just keep telling myself - I know it hurts now - but it is going to get easier, I am going to be stronger, and feel much better!!!0
