How are you all doing with the challenge? So far its been fun. Plank has always been a challenge for me but I'm slowly getting better. For Day 5:

30 sit ups
12 crunches
12 leg raises
20s plank

    I think I am doing okay with the challenge, however sit-ups are the hardest for me. but still trying ;)

    So far so good! Sit-ups are the toughest for me too.

    The sit ups are definitely my downfall. I am getting them done, however! Trying to drink water as well!

    So far the plank seems okay for me.

    How is everyone else doing?

    Situps are also the hardest for me. So I understand.

    I just keep telling myself - I know it hurts now - but it is going to get easier, I am going to be stronger, and feel much better!!!
