Good morning everyone! Its a beautiful day today in Northern Michigan. I'm excited to say I'm on week 2 of doubles and I feel awesome. I have energy, I'm sleeping better. Good habits really do matter. Shakeology has opened my eyes to a wonderful new place with my health. I love it! Now if I can just convince the hubby to drink it.
Today I am focusing on water. I want to make sure I'm still on track with my intake. Dont want any dehydrating going on. If you don't know this already, you should drink half your weight in ounces per day to stay properly dehydrated. Are you getting enough water?

I usually do not drink half of my weight in water, only about 60oz while at work. HMM I will have to increase. Thanks that's the goal today for me0
