Keto Jello Cream cheese balls (fat bombs)

Made these last nite, fun to make and yummy too! Take an 8 oz brick of cream cheese, cut into 16 squares. Take a package of sugar free jello(any flavor) put in a bowl, dry. Roll the cream cheese squares into little balls and roll in the dry jello. I put them in little individual plastic cups with lids, and refrigerated. Really good!

    Um, I'm thinking SF chocolate pudding would be a nice option.
