Protein Powder

Hello,
Every morning I do some sort of exercise, like push ups and squats. Then I drink a smoothie with coffee, coconut/almond milk, ground flaxseed, butter, coconut oil and a protein powder. There are only 3g of carbs (2g of sugar) thats why I got it, but it's not a whole food, are there things other than carbs I should concern myself with this other than carbs in regards to ketosis?
About the sugar, if I'm staying below 25g of carbs a day, if 10g of it is sugar (lets say) does that matter?
