MUFAs - Eat fat to loose Fat!

Hello Everyone. Here is an interesting weight loss tip.
Over the last few years of reading up on "dieting" and just overall weightless tips one of the most interesting tips I came across was MUFAs (monounsaturated fatty acids). A lot of people mistake almost all fats to be bad for you but this is not the case. Your body needs fat - the good fat that is. Yes, these fatty foods are usually higher in calories but they are great for you and help keep you full and are known to accelerate fat loss. However keep in mind - do not over indulge in these, as like anything, moderation is the key!
Examples of some MUFAS are nuts, seeds, oils and avocados.

So true, Fat isn't bad, Carbs aren't bad, Sugars aren't bad its the quality and quantity that makes them not as healthy. I live by a few simple eating rules.
No fake sugar
nothing with more than 4 or 5 ingredients on the package.
