Sorry for the late check-in but I have been extremely busy both at work and working out and enjoying summer.
I have been working out to my favorite P90X and Insanity workouts and a few T25 as welll. I have ran several 5K runs and will be training soon for a half marathon.

I am having a very busy summer biking, running, hiking, swimming, and working out to Tony Horton 10 minute trainers. I enjoy kettle bells 2 times a week.
I am thinking of trying P90X3 out since the workouts are so short.0 -
It has been a busy August. Sorry for the late post but want to let everyone know I am still bringing it.
I started round 2 of P90X . I lost two more pounds since my last weigh in. I have shed 94 pounds in one year thanks to Power P90 and P90X. I look and feel great...the best I have in over 20 years. This month I am working out to Power 90 and P90X workouts. I kind of made up my own personal schedule to improve on my weaknesses.0 -
Just started Insanity (again-first round was completed in 2011 and I did many many more) .
Took a very long hiatus from working out, today is Day 3 and OHMYGAWD everything hurts again! The good news is I've done this all before and I know the pain is temporary!0 -
I just started p90x 2 weeks ago. I am currently on week 3 day 2 Plyo. Unfortunately I started 8-8 but have had a few missed days. I just started following the nutrition guide this week and am struggling to eat everything it says I should be eating 2400 calories is a lot. I am meeting the 50% protein so does it matter if I cannot eat it all? When can I lower my daily calorie intake? Any help/advice will be appreciated. I have already seen improvement on every exercise- more reps and moved form red bands to blue.0

I had great sucess using the guide as a reference. I did not follow it 100%. When I was hungry I ate. There were some days I went over my calories but several days I was under. The main thing is to eat healthy. I would say 80% of your results will be based on how healthy you eat. Your calorie intake is based on your weight, age, and how active of a lifestyle you have. It is hard to say without knowing more about you. It is great you are having improvements on reps on every exercise. P90X is my favorite Teambeachbody workout.0
