This morning my workout was called Speed & Agility and it took moves from all major sports: basketball, soccer, football and skiing. I am in my 6th week of this program and gearing up to start T25. Do any of you do T25?

I woke up this morning not feeling the best. Now I'm feeling horrible and hubby is gone, so it's me and the kiddos. I'm not one of those I'm sick and will lose a bunch of weight instead I snack and drink my calories normally not making the best choices.0

I havent triedn T25. I like asylum and insanity really well. super nice to have when you can't make it to the gym. Plus the kids like to try and do the moves with me. makes it easy as a mom to work out. Ate pretty well today. I have to go out for pizza tomorrow with my kids.. its open house for my sons pre kindergarten. so sad they grow to fast. I hope i have the will power to not go crazy0
