Wednesday 8/6/14

I did 30 minutes of fasted cardio this morning. My Piyo has still not arrived. I will most likely add some abs in before bed (planks, leg lifts).

How are you doing with your program? Are you using the hybrid calendar or did you create your own?

If you are not using Beast/Piyo, what program(s) are you using? It's all about getting fit and staying fit, so no matter what you use the bottom line is the same.
