Looking to share experience with and support each other.

Beginning weight -131 body fat 25%
weight today -124
4 cheat days with 2 weeks and 2 days
Have been in Ketosis the whole time...even when I started.
Had a lot of low back kidney pain but that is almost gone.
Goal is 115 and 18% body fat or less.
Do not care for sweets, love salty stuff, wine and cocktails.
I have a physical job.
