This morning I did one of the workouts that is my favorite. It is called Ballistic Backside and it definitely makes you very aware of the junk in the trunk!!
I mentioned yesterday my new routine I was going to start in the morning to make myself eat breakfast. I made smart choices all day yesterday, not only watching my calories but watching what type of calories I was eating. I started this morning out the same way and then packed a salad with 2 ounces of cut up deli ham (had Ingles just slice me off a piece about 1/4" thick). I packed grapes and watermelon for my snacks. Tonight I am having salmon, brocoli and a salad for supper!!

I had such a busy night/afternoon that I didn't even get a chance to put all my calories in. I was probably over a bit. I am trying to not let that happen. =] Getting my treat food, Wild Cherry Pepsi flipping made with real sugar.. mmmm soda. I have stopped eating/drinking high fructose corn syrup. So this is like a huge treat!0

Hey there Sydney, Wild Cherry Pepsi..........just sounds dangerously good!! I try to stay away from any kind of soda in general. Once in a while, if it is really really cold, I might drink a diet rootbeer or diet Dr. Pepper. My liquid calories come early in the morning with my coffee...can't give up my creamer!! I do use low-fat but it still is high in calories...especially when I make my coffee a lovely beige with it!!:bigsmil
For the past couple of days I have been amazingly good with the food choices I am making and though my weight has not budged for the past 6 weeks, two back to back solid days of healthy choices has made the scale move and I am excited about that. I just now am challenged with the weekend. It is my husband's birthday but I told the kids that if we go out to eat, we have to go somewhere where I can order something healthy like salmon and a salad!! Sucks but has to be done!!!0
