I lost 2 pounds but it is likely water weight, as I have done little that would make 2 pounds go *poof*.0

On the Friday I weighed in at 172.6 - so a loss of 3lbs! I'm not sure how to enter it on the spreadsheet though.
EDIT: Nevermind - figured it out finally!0 -
1 1/2 lbs. I decided to change my metrics though because I want to make sure what I'm doing is healthy and sustainable so I think that will slow down.0

Are there really people losing 5, 6 and 7 pounds in a week?
1.2 lbs for me which is pretty close to on target for where I want to be.
For those of you with spastic scales, make sure you have them on a flat, even floor without carpet. It is the only way to get consistent and accurate measurements. Carpet, even thin, can cause your scale to go nuts. You'll drive yourself crazy otherwise, and never have a good understanding of your weight- or your progress0 -

No change from Friday but today is the first day I really started eating healthy, no cheats. But I am not exercising, I am injured. I havent exercised in a week now.
