HASFit and MFP

I just spent the $2 for the app to get some guidance on barbell exercises (I'm a little rusty). I know they track a few things, not sure about calorie count?
Has anyone integrated HASFit into your program and logged on MFP? How did you do it? I don't see an app integration, so I guess it will be manual.
Thanks!
Trish

Honestly I'm not sure if the calorie burn count is too high or not in the hasfit app. 220 for a 15 min dumbell routine seems high IMO but i'm desperately hoping it's correct. I don't know either way - just letting you know you aren't the only one.0

220 for 15 min would easily be correct if it was circuit training style - 60 sec or less reps, 15-20 reps, 3-4 circuits rotation of lifts.
- That would be about 4.3 METS for moderate to 8.0 for vigorous.
- 1 MET is your resting calorie burn for that time, or slightly more than BMR for that time.
- So METS 8 x resting calorie burn per minute x minutes of workout = calorie burn.
That burns more than straight lifting (because its half cardio with rests that short), but less than decent cardio of equal time.
But indeed, if lifting with rests from 1-3 min, 2-5 sets, 5-12 sets of same lift in a row, that burns less.
- Straight lifting starts at 3.5 METS usually, and about 4.3 max.0
