Best news ever!!!! My dr appt was awesome!! My dr was so happy he was giggling like a kid!!! I cut my A1C in half, from 10.8 to 5.9!! All my other numbers were great too!!! He is hoping to take me off all meds in the next 3 months!!!

    With the LCHF way of eating, low carb, high fat. and lots of exercise!

    As robinred points out if anyone deserves it you certainly do. As I recall, you were struggling at first, to find a plan that was going to help you accomplish your blood sugar management goals. Not an easy task. Well now you've gone and done it! Well done!
